What is an Agent Flow?
Agent Flow: contains a custom-built AI agent, a software program that decides what to do, and takes actions to achieve a goal. Like AI chatbots, agents need to be very well prompted and programmed so as to avoid errors.
When to use an Agent Flow? We really dislike AI hype. Some Flows can benefit greatly from AI and will require an agent; but most Flows are don't require AI, and are, in fact, better without it. When we discuss Real Value in the discovery phase, we can determine whether a Flow requires an agent.
