Who we are

This website is run by Business Flows Consultancy ("BFC", "we"). You can reach us through the contact form on the home page.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or any third-party form service.

The contact form does not send your details to a server. It opens your own email app with a message ready to send to us. We only receive your details if you press send in your email app.

What we receive when you email us

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We do not sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.

Where it is stored

Enquiry emails are held in our business email, which is provided by Google Workspace. We keep them for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Website hosting

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may process technical information such as your IP address when you load the pages. See GitHub's privacy statement. We do not receive or use this information.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
